Leave a Comment »T0 mark the centenary of International Women’s Day, the Guardian have compiled a list of 100 of the world’s most inspirational women. Over 3000 Guardian readers submitted their ideas for who should make the list, with a judging panel including Sarah Brown, deciding on the final 100 women.
In addition to her role on the judging panel, Sarah has also written a profile of Aung San Suu Kyi, the Burmese pro-democracy leader who has inspired the world with her non-violent resistance to a brutal dictatorship.
